My Approach to Helping

Life is overwhelming. Do you find yourself trying to hide your true thoughts and feelings out of fear others won't understand? Often times, we find ourselves paralyzed by our relationships with partner's, children, family members , friends, the list is never ending. I create a plan tailored just for you, and support you on your journey to healing.

Groups I Work With

Over my years of working with individuals, couples and families, I have discovered that the roots of trauma spill over into every part of our lives. Trauma affects all of our relationships; romantic relationships, i.e., marriage or partners, parenting , sibling relationships, friendships, work relationships, etc. Unfortunately, many people minimize or dismiss their trauma by comparing what has happened in their life to what has happened in the lives of others. This is a type of avoidance, and it leaves you frustrated, resentful and stuck. When you learn your "why," when you can understand where your behaviors come from you can begin to change them, you will be less emotionally reactive and a happier person over all. I would love to help you!
