My Approach to Helping
I'm basically a down-to-earth, laid-back Psychologist who's easy to talk to and believes that you are the expert on yourself. I like to set a relaxed atmosphere; one where it's okay to get into deep material, but also laugh and enjoy our time together. Together we can work to untangle the anxiety, depression, andor trauma of life and bring about hope for a brighter future.
I specialize in the areas of anxiety, depression, and trauma and have been able to speak locally and nationally on various topics related to these conditions. One topic in particular has garnered a lot of attention and as a result, I am penning a book that should be released shortly.
I like to spend the full 60 min with my people; thus, I am going back to back with little time for a break. As such, I rely heavily on my support people to help with emails and phone calls.
