My Approach to Therapy

I am a licensed clinical social worker in Sandy, Utah. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I've worked with trauma, depression, anger, aggression, divorce, marital therapy, anxiety, mood disorder, Bipolar, blended families, High functioning Autism, low self-esteem, and family issues. One of my gifts is being able to connect with People (especially children and adolescents) on a level that makes them feel comfortable. For those without insurance, my prices are very affordable.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

It is incredible to watch peoples lives change for the better, and the amazing part of it is that it comes from them and their abilities!! I love to see that transformation in people and watch them grow emotionally and become happier.

My Role as a Therapist

It is so important that each person coming into my office feel like they are not only seeing the progress, but feeling it as well. They need to feel validated and realize that they don't always have to feel out of control and hopeless. Life can definitely create stress, but it doesn't always have to feel so overwhelming. There is hope!
