What's My Approach to Therapy?

Experiencing anxiety, trauma, or big life changes can be tough. My name is Jonelle Edwards, a dedicated therapist passionate about helping you navigate life challenges. I offer a supportive, safe space where together, we'll build resources as you explore a confident relationship with yourself and enriched relationships with others. Come as you are and find a space where you can be heard and understood. If you're ready to start meaningful work towards positive changes and lasting growth, I'm here to support you every step of the way. If you're feeling lost, overwhelmed, or struggling to express yourself, know that you're not alone. I'm honored to work with those grappling with depression, self trust, societal pressures, relationship struggles, and passionate to serve the LGBTQIA community. My goal is not only to help you process challenges, but also to cultivate awareness of your strengths, resilience, and capacity for change by integrating Evidence-Based Psychotherapy, Clinical Art Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I aim for therapy to feel like a place where you can appreciate who you are, explore who you are becoming, and feel seen along the way. Let’s work together to uncover your potential and achieve meaningful change. Our therapeutic space is a sanctuary for connection, reflection, and growth. Here, your authentic self is celebrated, and obstacles become opportunities for personal development. I welcome all who are ready to actively participate in their therapy journey, aiming to facilitate deep, meaningful change.
