I offer therapeutic services through a strengths-based lens that provides a space for authentic self-expression and emotional growth. Utilizing art therapy and creative expression, I can meet you where you are at this stage in your life with a warm and empowering presence.
I work with youth and adults through integrating clinical art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy to help explore emotions, process stress, and develop emotional resilience. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, with a focus on self-expression and emotional regulation. My sessions offer a creative and supportive space.
