What's My Approach to Therapy?

If you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or are in need of a change, you are not alone. I offer therapeutic services through a strengths-based lens that provides a space for authentic self-expression and emotional growth. Utilizing art therapy and creative expression, I can meet you where you are at this stage in your life with a warm and empowering presence. I work with youth and adults through integrating clinical art therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and person-centered therapy to help explore emotions, process stress, and develop emotional resilience. My approach is strengths-based and trauma-informed, with a focus on self-expression and emotional regulation. My sessions offer a creative and supportive space. Beginning therapy is a step you would not be taking alone. I am here to help support you through this process, as well as collaborate with you to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and foster meaningful, lasting growth.

My Practice & Services

I offer Art Therapy and Clinical Counseling at Radiant Mind Wellness, a group art therapy and counseling practice serving children, teens, and adults in Salt Lake County. Our practice integrates creative arts therapy with evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions. We offer individual therapy, group art therapy programs, and structured support for adolescents navigating anxiety, identity development, and school-related stress. Our team collaborates closely to provide thoughtful, developmentally appropriate care in a warm and supportive environment. Both in-person and telehealth services are available.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I specialize in supporting children and adolescents experiencing anxiety, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, and school-related stress. I often work with teens who feel pressure to perform academically or socially and are seeking healthier ways to cope with stress and build confidence. Through art therapy and evidence-based approaches like CBT and ACT, I help clients develop emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and build resilience during important developmental stages. I also support adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, and increased stress during periods of change.

Groups I Work With

  • I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, academic stress, occupational stress, identity development, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are individuals experiencing performance-related pressure (school, work, etc.), emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, or difficulty adjusting to changes at home or in social environments. I have a special interest in supporting youth who may struggle to express emotions verbally and benefit from creative approaches to therapy. Art therapy can be especially helpful for youth working through anxiety, stress, identity exploration, and confidence building. I am also dedicated to supporting adults who seek support for stress management, emotional regulation, and navigating transitional life stages.
