I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, academic stress, occupational stress, identity development, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I support are individuals experiencing performance-related pressure (school, work, etc.), emotional overwhelm, self-esteem concerns, or difficulty adjusting to changes at home or in social environments. I have a special interest in supporting youth who may struggle to express emotions verbally and benefit from creative approaches to therapy. Art therapy can be especially helpful for youth working through anxiety, stress, identity exploration, and confidence building. I am also dedicated to supporting adults who seek support for stress management, emotional regulation, and navigating transitional life stages.
