My Approach to Helping
I am extremely passionate about the work I do in counselling. I have more than 10 years of experience in training, human resources and counselling across multiple locations and cultures. I have primarily focussed on counselling adults, couples and teens. I know life can be challenging and without proper strategies and coping mechanisms it can be even more difficult. CounsellingTherapy is one of the tools which can be extremely helpful in knowing yourself better and bridging the unknown gaps which ultimately leads to higher self-awareness and better management skills. True achievement is when you are able to maximise your strength’s fully and live a happy and purposeful life.
My approach is tilted towards your needs and goals and finally to see you getting empowered. You know yourself the best, I am only a facilitator in the process wherein I help you to get all the coping strategies needed to solve the issues. I use a blend of approaches like CBT, ACT, Narrative in therapy and mindfulness approaches in my work. I hope that I can also get the latest trends and approaches in the field of mental health in my practice, for this I ensure to keep updating and upgrading my knowledge by attending the ongoing training programs and reading the best practices.
