My Approach to Helping

My goal is to support you to get to your desired place in life.My hope is to provide a safe and nurturing environment, a place you could share the most difficult experiences in your life and develop a different way of understanding them. I am passionate about the relationship we build together and value your trust in me and your unique needs.

More Info About My Practice

I have 18 years of experience in private practice, 12 years of teaching clinical courses as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at USC, Graduate School, and more than 15 years of experience working with Los Angeles Unified School District as one of the three clinical psychologists, working with teenagers and their families from elementary to high school.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

One of the most important factors in psychotherapy is the connection between the therapist and the client. A therapeutic relationship that is accepting, non judgmental, and trusting becomes the most healing factor in the process of therapy. If you trust your therapist to share your most inner thoughts and feelings without worrying about the therapist accepting you, you have made the right choice.
