I believe that all people are doing the best that they can, and are striving to achieve maximum happiness and life satisfaction. However, there are often difficulties in life that prevent us from fully realizing that potential. My objective as a therapist is to help you move through the things that are blocking you from optimal wellness.
I use a trauma-informed approach and take an integrative stance on clients presenting issues. I believe in holistic care and the value of harmonizing the mind and body. I use modalities such as EMDR combined with traditional insight-oriented talk therapies and somatic therapies to help clients reach their goals. Evening hours available.
