My Approach to Helping
Sheri Durricks is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) who specializes in working with adult clients, including individuals, couples, and families. She has over 15 years of experience treating substance abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, domestic violence, and other life challenges. Sheri graduated from Lincoln University with her Master's degree in Counseling and Human Services. She then went on to pursue her education at Walden University, earning her Doctoral degree in Social Policy and Human Services. Sheri uses a variety of treatment approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), mindfulness, and positive psychology, to name a few. Sheri is confident that she has the insight, knowledge, and tools to assist you with navigating through challenging situations and feelings.
