Having experienced and overcome family, relationship, and personal challenges in my own life, I use empathy and compassion to guide my practice.
I offer guidance and unconditional positive regard to help people understand themselves using Psychodynamic, Gestalt, Humanistic, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapies. Working together collaboratively but acknowledging that people are the experts of their own life, we will work together to end suffering while building self-growth.
