My Approach to Helping
Sometimes we need someone to help us with things that come up in our lives. Many times it can be difficult to talk with people we are close to and we need someone to help us figure things out and work through situations so that we can feel better. These challenges can lead to difficulties such as depression, anxiety, difficulties with relationships, job or school performance, social issues and financial struggles. Are you feeling overwhelmed by trauma, depression, anxiety or other situations and wondering if there are ways to learn to deal with these situations? I work from a variety of evidence based modalities such as: EMDR, CBT, and DBT. I help people dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety and other stressors. I am experienced with military and domestic abuse situations. I work with teenagers and adults to help them learn how to use skills to help their confidence and work through situations that are holding them back in their lives.
