My Approach to Helping
Are you looking for a therapist for the first time? Have you tried therapy in the past and now you are encountering a new obstacle in life? Life can have many twists and turns, but seeking therapy is a great place to start, slow down and work towards a healthier outcome.
I was drawn to this work because life can be very fast paced and sometimes the people closest to us may provide more suggestions than a listening ear. Allotting time to speak to someone on a regular basis, to listen without judgment and is invested in your well-being is sometimes the exact thing we need to step into our full selves.
During our sessions, I will provide a safe space, empathy, and humor when appropriate. I will also highlight your strengths, areas of growth and tools to become your full self. I work with emerging and adult women dealing with life transitions, relational conflict, career discernment, anxiety, depression, infertility, postpartum depression and anxiety.
