My Approach to Helping
You may find your emotions to be overwhelming, or even consuming. It's as if they override your decisions. When things are bad, they feel really bad. Afraid of your own feelings, you find yourself going to great lengths to avoid them all together. Maybe, traditional talk therapy just has not worked for you. Perhaps you are looking for more guidance, that brings along lasting change. If you can relate, I am here to compassionately guide you through the intricate terrain of your emotions.
The aim of my treatment is to offer deep understanding while employing proven methods to facilitate and accelerate the healing process. I believe in mending wounds through the guide of compassion, understanding, acceptance, & neuro-scientific approaches. We are not wired to cope with life alone. Even if we are not "alone," sometimes the ones within our support system cannot fully support or understand us.
