What's My Approach to Therapy?
I believe healing begins when you feel truly seen, understood, and supported. Each person carries the ability to grow, even in the face of stress, physical illness, relationship complications, chronic pain, or difficult life transitions. My role is to provide a compassionate, secure space where you can share openly, while also offering structured guidance and practical strategies to help you move forward.
Together, we will clarify your goals, explore the challenges that hold you back, and highlight the strengths that can carry you toward change. I integrate evidence-based methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you manage unhelpful thought patterns, acceptance and commitment therapy to increase resilience and live in alignment with your values, and object relations therapy to understand how past relationships shape your present. I also use solution-focused therapy to identify your resources and create realistic steps that bring immediate relief and long-term growth.
My approach blends compassion with structure: a balance of listening deeply and teaching practical tools. My ultimate goal is to help you find relief, strengthen your sense of self, and reconnect with the life you want to live.
