My Approach to Helping
As a therapist at Lewisville Family Counseling, I am passionate about working with clients to reach their self-identified goals. I work with a variety of mental and emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, adjustment, life transitions, schoolwork problems, relationship issues, and stress. I primarily utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) but also pull from other approaches, such as mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based approaches. My goal is to meet my clients where they are in their journey and to tailor my intervention to meet the needs of each individual.
