My Approach to Helping
Jenifer Shadrick is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC). Jenifer obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology Christian Counseling with a minor in Special Education in 2013 from Liberty University and then went on to graduate with a Master’s degree of Professional Counseling in 2015.
Jenifer works with individuals struggling with communication, impulse control, relationships, social skills, self esteem, anxiety, addictions, and adjustment issues. Jenifer enjoys working with individuals and families of all ages as they identify, explore, and overcome personal barriers and challenges. Jenifer provides support in developing effective communication skills and building healthy boundaries and relationships. Individuals and families discover peace and hope as they navigate through personal challenges and become mindful by developing growth in self-awareness, self-acceptance, and establishing positive coping skills.
