My Approach to Helping
I'm Nathan, and I help people heal and grow so they can achieve their goals and develop healthy, fulfilling relationships with themselves and with others.
My clients learn how to understand themselves more deeply, address their problems more effectively, and pursue their values and goals with more courage and confidence.
I use mindfulness-based techniques to help people listen to their feelings rather than trying to control them. I help people move through the pain and that keeps them immobilized so they can make more fulfilling choices and build better lives
