Dr. Randi Fredricks, Ph.D. is a psychotherapist, researcher and best-selling author who provides individual and marriage counseling in her office in San Jose, California. Since 1991, Dr. Fredricks has been a counselor, pioneering studies concerning individuals, couples, and communication. Her books and research have been noted in publications all over the world.

Dr. Fredricks' integrative approach to psychotherapy was developed through her education and work experience, including a Ph.D. in Psychology and a Doctorate in Naturopathy. This multi-disciplinary approach has allowed her to approach issues from a truly holistic perspective, helping her clients to feel better faster and appreciate lasting results.

As a licensed marriage and family therapist, Dr. Fredricks has extensive experience with a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, addiction and codependency.
