This can feel scary, exciting, and overwhelming all at once, but change is always possible! I offer a safe space to explore your life patterns, as well as the situations that hinder you. We all get stuck from time to time, usually due to a combination of our circumstances and behavior. Stepping back and putting life into perspective can help you see more clearly.
Therapy is a process whereby I treat you as the expert on your life. I'll nurture your strengths to offer the most effective possible treatment.
