I believe very strongly in the mind-body connection and working with you to integrate your entire being. I work with you to help you find your inner strengths and facilitate healing. I use the latest neuroscience research combined with traditional therapeutic techniques and mindfulness practices to collaborate with you on meeting your individual and relational goals.
