My Approach to Helping
Therapy is a way of exploring your innermost self and navigating the challenges that life brings. I offer a safe space for self-exploration and a partnership for you to build the comfortability and confidence to take on life's challenges; big or small. My goal is to help you discover the tools of healing and growth that already lie within you. Your voice is important and deserves to be heard.
In my time as a clinician, I have worked with children, adults, couples, and families. More specifically I work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and post-partum challenges. My mission is to help you establish the skills to build healthy relationships, manifest better self-regulation, and trust in your own resilience to care for yourself and others. Our work together will be specialized and unique to you. Together, we will establish your therapy goals and track your progress through our sessions.
