My Practice & Services

I am a Health Psychologist, Board Certified in Biofeedback, certified hypnotherapist, Certified Sleep Hypnosis Specialist, National Register of Health Service Psychologists, and a professional member of the American Psychological Association, the Arizona Psychological Association, EMDR International Association, and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science. Relying on evidence-based therapies, I integrate multiple treatment components, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, and Hypnosis. I provide teletherapy for residents of Arizona, Illinois, Tennesse, and residents in PSYPACT states, and in-person services at my practice in Chandler, AZ. I accept Aetna and UHC PPO plans. I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance companies. Many insurance companies will reimburse for mental health services and I will provide you with the documentation for reimbursement.
