What's My Approach to Therapy?
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and stress management. I also bring a background in special education, which informs my understanding of learning differences, neurodiversity, and the importance of adapting support to meet each individual’s needs.
