It's important to me, that my clients gain new information and strategies that can be applied in their lives when dealing with difficult situation, as clinically indicated, when working on changing behaviors.
My role is to guide you in changing or eliminating any negative thought patterns or behaviors that are getting in the way of your happiness. I work with clients struggling with thoughts and feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, sadness, depression and frustration. It doesn't need to be hard, it needs to be clear and easy to implement in your everyday lives.
I like to guide clients to find relief and empower them to make choices to experience better relationships with others, as well as themselves. Unfortunately, many of us are not taught empowering ways to use our minds to feel happier and healthier.
I enjoy working with clients who are looking for ways to manage their relationships, feelings of anxiety, panic and stress and to eliminate obstacles or circumstances that might be in their way to happiness.
I believe there is always something we can do to positively influence our lives and our present circumstances.
