As a body-mind-spirit oriented Mental Health Therapist, I process with you and create a space of openness, trust and acceptance. As a Yoga Therapist, I provide various tools to fit your specific needs, such as breathing exercises, meditations, yoga philosophy, and somatic movement. My approach is eclectic and draws on various therapies, from Person-Centered and DBT to Mindfulness Meditation and Ecopsychology. This approach provides broader perspective and insight, as well as deeper understanding into who you are.
