My Approach to Helping

Using various counseling methods, I can help you find a better and more productive way to handle some difficult issues that are overwhelming you. I can help you understand what is keeping you stuck and help you get "unstuck". Together we can discover the best path to help you reach your goals and if I can't help you, I'll find someone who can.
