I bring my passion for helping individuals, couples, and families, drawing on my teaching experience at Temple, Penn State, and Rutgers. I believe in making changes that truly resonate with you. While some changes can bring quick relief, deeper changes can transform how you see yourself and interact with the world, leading to lasting, meaningful improvements in your life.
In our sessions, I focus on creating new, positive experiences that you can take with you into everyday life. I use a variety of approaches to meet your unique needs and often share additional resources like worksheets, podcasts, and books to reinforce our work together.
