My Approach to Helping
My aim in therapy is to empower people to a level where they feel at ease and better equipped to handle life stressors. My goal is to make them independent as soon as possible.

I believe that trauma (childhood, adult or ongoing), early attachment wounds and absence of secure relationships are at the root of every emotional struggle and addressing such trauma is certain to provide sustainable results for people. I help people so that they can live a more integrated life full of joy and vitality.
Being a person centric therapist, I connect with the humanity and the vulnerability of people in a non-judgmental manner and believe in creating a safe healing space for them. I walk every step of the way with people during the healing process and collaborate with them. This provides people with the security to move at their own pace without getting overwhelmed or exhausted.
