The journey of discovery, recovery, bravery, mastery and glory starts here... I am a registered Counsellor, Psychotherapist and a certified Clinical Supervisor, specialising in: " Trauma and PTSD " Mental Health " Substance and Behavioural Addictions " Gender and Sexuality " HIV and AIDS " Couple and Family Therapy As a counsellor, I adopt the role of a professional therapist for my clients in individual, couple, family and group settings. I have also facilitated mental health talks and workshops to different profiles of clients and communities. Conducted in a safe and confidential environment, I facilitate my clients to uncover the true causes of the real or perceived sufferings, along with the triggers. My clients are led to learn their own resources, options and choices on how to reduce the harm, resolve or eliminate their issues, or even accept the challenges with a new interpretation. My greatest aspiration is to be a mind healer, facilitating my clients to cultivate and explore "Inside Mind Insights" for improving their Wellness, Wholeness and Wiseness. My ultimate goal for my clients is always for them to be their own counsellors for the similar stressors and struggles they may have in future, when my full therapy service is over.

Since 2013, I have served in counselling centres, recovery centres, clinic and therapy centres, prisons, hospitals, halfway houses, special schools, and educational institutions. In addition, I lead and guide in crisis management, case conceptualisation and management, intervention and treatment formulation, care coordination, and psychosocial support to numerous marginalised community members in need. I have served in a key position at a major Singapore-based autism-focused charitable organisation for the past 12 years. During this time, I worked with clients and their families across the lifespan. Previously, I held senior management positions in the private sector for more than 15 years. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Counselling Psychology. I hold an MBA, an MSc in Professional Counselling and a Graduate Certificate in Clinical Supervision. I am also an appointed Adjunct Faculty (Lecturer) for counselling and psychology subjects in private educational institutions for adult learners.
