My Approach to Helping

Many people feel scared or hopeless when they do not feel safe in their body, memories, or current experience. I help these people feel safe again. Whether you feel lost, confused, or just stuck, I will help you understand yourself better and support you in discovering more about who you are.

My specialties include trauma, life transitions, and people who just want greater insight into who they are and why they do what they do. I prioritize the relationship we build together and going at a pace that will allow you to change deeply (and in a way that will stick).

More Info About My Practice

Relational Psych is a group therapy practice based in Seattle that specializes in relational and psychodynamic approaches to foster healing and personal growth for clients.

At Relational Psych, we believe the therapeutic relationship itself can be transformative in overcoming past wounds and developing healthier ways of relating. We cultivate authenticity and vulnerability so clients feel safe exploring their inner worlds. Our therapists draw from psychoanalytic, attachment, somatic, and trauma-informed frameworks to illuminate unconscious patterns and facilitate lasting change.

We offer individual, couples, and group therapy for adolescents and adults. While we have expertise in anxiety, depression, trauma, relational issues, and more, our goal is to meet each client where they are and support their unique growth process. We want to help people reconnect with purpose and actualize their full potential.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

That makes sense. It can feel intimidating to get started and it's hard work. If you're reading this far, it's evident that you're interested and brave enough to imagine a different life for yourself. I'd be honored to walk that path with you.
