My Approach to Helping

Many people feel scared or hopeless when they do not feel safe in their body, memories, or current experience. I help these people feel safe again. Whether you feel lost, confused, or just stuck, I will help you understand yourself better and support you in discovering more about who you are.

My specialties include trauma, life transitions, and people who just want greater insight into who they are and why they do what they do. I prioritize the relationship we build together and going at a pace that will allow you to change deeply (and in a way that will stick).

More Info About My Practice

I am located in Seattle (Lower Queen Anne) and provide in person and online telehealth sessions. I work with a group practice that provides psychological testing and psychodynamic therapy for adults.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

That makes sense. It can feel intimidating to get started and it's hard work. If you're reading this far, it's evident that you're interested and brave enough to imagine a different life for yourself. I'd be honored to walk that path with you.
