My Approach to Helping
Most people can benefit from counseling at some point in their lives. It may be your time to engage in either 'short or long term counseling if you are struggling in some way. Counseling can help you get on with your life and re-establish your faith, goals, dreams, passions and relationships; and counseling is even for those with a strong support system and no diagnosable mental health condition.
I have been in the helping field for approx. 20 years and in a variety of settings, helping many different types of populations. My approach is to honor you as a unique individual and serve you using a variety of modalities in a compassionate & culturally understanding manner.
