My Approach to Helping

I believe therapy can do more than alleviate symptoms; it can also help you grow into the healthiest, happiest version of yourself. My goal is to help you work through your struggles to find true peace and happiness in a genuine way.
More Info About My Practice
I specialize in trauma, addiction, relationships, and mood disorders. I practice EMDR therapy, which is a research-based method of treating trauma, PTSD, and other psychological issues. My approach to therapy involves working with your past, present, and future. I think it works best when we 1) look to the past to evaluate where problems come from, 2) learn coping skills to deal with what is hurting in the present, and 3) envision what an ideal future will be like and how you will achieve it.
