My Approach to Helping
As a biracial Filipino therapist, I’m passionate about working with young adults and adults—especially those from LGBTQIA+, multiracial, and marginalized communities—who are healing from trauma, anxiety, and identity challenges. My space is supportive, down-to-earth, and a place where you can be your full, authentic self. My approach is compassionate, anti-racist, and trauma-informed. I also welcome clients of all identities who value these principles.
More Info About My Practice
I offer trauma-informed therapy using somatic experiencing, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), parts work, and brainspotting to support healing and reconnection. Whether you're feeling anxious, navigating change, or exploring your identity, I provide a warm, supportive space to be yourself and discover what healing means for you.
Life can feel really heavy sometimes, and it’s okay if you don’t have all the answers. You’re not alone. I’m here to offer a soft, caring space where you can breathe, be fully yourself, and move through healing in your own time. Whenever you’re ready, I’d be truly honored to be there right there with you to explore it all.
My Role as a Therapist
I use trauma-informed, body-based approaches like Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, Brainspotting, and parts work (IFS-informed) to support healing. These methods help us gently explore what's beneath the surface, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with your body and inner wisdom.
My Therapy Focus
Therapy with me is all about safety, slowing down, and finding your way back to yourself. I would love to see if we are a good fit!
