My Approach to Helping
I believe that every person holds an inherent power within to change the course of their life for the better, and experience true joy and fulfillment. Whether this means overcoming behavioral obstacles, developing healthier coping skills, or challenging maladaptive thought processes - I am here to guide my clients through a period of discovery and healing through increasing insight, self-love, and resiliency.
While I personalize my treatment approach to best match the needs of my clients and their beliefs, I do use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused, Trauma-Focused, Strength-based, and Motivational Interviewing to assist clients in their therapeutic journey.
