My Approach to Helping

Young women - I am here for you! Being a young woman can feel hard (because it is)! You're so highly attuned to the expectations & needs of others it's easy to lose sight of your own. You struggle w self-doubt, worries, & can never seem to settle your mind. Despite being independent & resilient, you feel pressured, overwhelmed, & stressed. You wonder if you'll always feel this way. I help young women learn how to fiercely love themselves the way they do others so that they may achieve an empowered peace within.
