I specialize in empowering young women in their 20's and early 30s to master their mind. My primary areas of focus are trauma, anxiety, self-esteem enhancement, and healthy habit formation for stress management. I am also trained in addiction and eating disorder recovery. My patients gain an empowered peace and fierce self-love. I treat women of all ages but specialize in the age range of 18-34.

Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International. Member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals (IAEDP). Currently pursuing the esteemed designation of (CEDS) Certified Eating Disorder Specialist.

I work with young women in their 20s & early 30's (18-34) on issues of trauma healing, eating disorders, anxiety management, chronic stress management, enhancement of self-esteem, addiction, people pleasing behaviors, perfectionism, healthy boundaries, healthy relationships, mood disorders, & healthy habit formation.
