My Approach to Helping
If you have recognized you feel depressed, anxious, angry, or generally not yourself, I can help! I like to approach each client as an individual while utilizing an integrative approach in an effort to create a non-judgmental environment where my clients can feel safe to work through therapy in an individually tailored way. Everyone carries their own background and experience with them so the flexibility of my approach allows the individual needs and communication style of each client to be addressed. My hope is to get to know you and your individual needs so we can develop an effective plan to address your concerns.
