My Approach to Helping
You may struggle to understand or share your authentic self without rejection or shame. You might want to identify and advocate for your needs and desires. Or maybe you are going through a stormy season in your relationship and can’t keep it afloat. You are searching for safety, guidance, and tools to navigate life’s challenges without losing sight of who you are and where you want to go. And I’m here to provide them. Healing is a work of art. While it’s challenging to face your canvas, with patience, curiosity, and a gentle touch, you can become mindful of your beauty and areas of growth to create a meaningful transformation.
I help adults gain awareness and skills to cope with hardship. I also support couples in communicating, setting boundaries, and meeting their needs, including those where one partner is on the spectrum. My practice is sex-positive, LGBTQ+ affirming, polyamory, kink, and BDSM friendly. I offer space to express, explore, and learn about your whole self to find ease.
Given my arts background, I'd like to invite you to use music or other creative vehicles to share your experiences. My approach is humanistic and tender. I facilitate conversations instead of simply asking, “How does that make you feel?” drawing from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other modalities.
