Hi, I'm Margita-licensed therapist helping individuals and couples strengthen communication, manage anxiety and depression, and built healthier, more connected relationship. Many clients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck in conflict, or unsure how to express their needs. My role is to offer a calm, supportive space where you can feel heard and begin creating real, lasting change.
I take a warm, direct, and practical approach to therapy.Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) and evidence based techniques,I help clients break unhelpful patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop tools they can use right away.
I support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, self-worth challenges, and relational stress. I also work with couples struggling with communication, trust issues, emotional distance, and major life transitions.
Client often describe me as grounded, compassionate, and easy to talk to. Together, we'll focus on the insight and action-healing what's hurting while building skills that foster connection and emotional resilience.
