My Approach to Helping
I specialize in working with teenagers and young adults, helping this population of people deal with the stressors that come with the high demands of this part of their lives. I have a deep understanding and expertise that come with this age range and hold hope that we can get to their desired outcomes through individual andor family therapy.
Together, we will understand your experiences to uncover patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change. We will then develop a practical plan to learn new tools and practice them on your path to healing.
I know how important it is to find a therapist who fits. My clients refer to me as kind, calm, and insightful. I hope this shows up in a complimentary 15-minute phone call so we can get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. If it turns out we are not a good fit, I will happily do my best to refer you to another therapist.
