My Approach to Helping

Relationships are at the heart of our well-being—but when they’re strained, it can feel isolating and overwhelming. I work with individuals to explore patterns, process emotional wounds, and find healing that leads to deeper connection and lasting change. My goal is to help you move from disconnection toward understanding, confidence, and hope.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, I help clients find healing, purpose, and renewed confidence through hope, healthy boundaries, and freedom from negative thinking. Faith can be integrated into our work as much—or as little—as you desire.

You’ll be met with care, faith-filled guidance, and practical support. If you long for healing, peace, and deeper connection, I invite you to take the next step—visit my website to schedule an appointment and begin moving forward with God’s truth, grace, and lasting hope.

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

Finding a therapist can be like looking for a new pair of shoes. Not all shoes fit and it is okay to try as many pairs as you need until they fit just right. It doesn't mean that there is anything wrong with you or the therapist if it isn't a good fit. It is important to advocate for yourself in therapy and then make a change if things aren't going as well as you would like.
