Cisco uses both cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, as well as a strategic approach to exploring the self, learning the best ways each individual can incorporate positive and healthy change, and improving overall quality of life.

My Practice & Services

Cisco offers individual, couples, and group therapy and enjoys working with teens and adults. He specializes in boys’ and men’s issues, including anger management, destructive masculinity, and the deconstruction of religious trauma. He also works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and various personality conditions. He employs several different modalities as a psychotherapist, as well as various styles, in helping each client achieve their therapeutic goals.
