What's My Approach to Therapy?

Therapy with me is client-led and client-focused. That means you set the pace, and we’ll work together to explore the areas of your life that feel most important to you. I’m here to listen, support, and offer tools—not to give you all the answers, but to help you discover them for yourself.

I use a blend of DBT, CBT, narrative, and person-centered approaches. These styles allow us to both understand the story you’ve been living and explore new ways of managing emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Whether we’re working on emotion regulation, building coping skills, or untangling internal narratives, everything we do is grounded in curiosity and collaboration.

These methods are especially helpful for people navigating anxiety, trauma, ADHD, or big life transitions.
