My Approach to Helping

In my work with couples & families, I utilize Gottman Therapy techniques and Emotionally-Focused Therapy. My focus is to help you identify harmful patterns and offer the tools to improve your relationship. As a collaborative therapist, I am intentional in including both partners' participation and listening for strengths in the relationship.
