My Approach to Helping
I aim to use symptoms as stepping stones to develop strengths and build resilience.

In therapy, you understand the lnguage of your body and the working of your brain and use this inner insight to better cope with challenges. Learning the perspecitve of inside-out approach you begin to unleash your mind's potentials and transform your life. You can learn to see the world through a more positive Lens, recognize your own inner power, feel capable, joyful, and in control of your life.

Asking for help can be difficult at first, but when demands of life become too much to deal with, without an appropriate intervention you can get stuck in a state of despair, anxiety, helpless, and hopelessness.
Therapy is a journey not always pleasant and finding a right therapist can be expensive and time-consuming, so to help you to take the first step toward your emotional freedom, I offer a free first 60 minutes consultation to encourage and help you make an informed decision.
I spent over 6 years helping many rapes and trauma survivors overcome the horrendous impacts of their trauma, I helped many through chronic depression, anxiety, and with post-traumatic stress, and aid them to find meaning in their life again. Whether you have experienced trauma or feel you just need a push to get pass a recent life obstacle or have difficulty in relationships, in therapy, in a confidential and collaborative environment, you can unpack and remedy habits of mind that are holding you back in life.
My Role as a Therapist
I will support, inform, even challenge you to help you find your inner power to transform negative symptoms to useful tools. Everyone deserve a second chance, I will stand by you, but you need to give yourself the second chance.
In my years of life and professional practice, I am forever grateful to all individual's who shared their pain and stories with me. It was in helping these individuals and families that I became a true believer of the transformational influence of psychotherapy in healing emotional scars.
