Is your leadership role stressing you out? Having problems with time management and organization? Unsure how to motivate your team... or whether or not to even continue with this whole "boss" thing? I partner with passion-driven small business owners who started a business because they love their craft, not because they wanted to run a large company.

If you're a successful entrepreneur you quickly discover that building a team is necessary to keep your business running smoothly. However, most entrepreneurs have little to no training in leadership or management.

Many of the business building resources focus on things like productivity and management, but don't dive into things like identifying what kind of a leader you are and how this impacts your particular business model. That's exactly the type of thing we'll tackle together.

I offer coaching via one off Strategy Sessions or through sustained momentum over a few months. I even offer the option to knock it all out in two days with my Boss in a Weekend intensive option.

I suggest you check out my website and see if this feels like the right fit for you. If so, you'll be able to schedule right there. No emailing back and forth and finding the time for a "quick chat." Let's get this done!

More Info About My Practice

Having employees can be very stressful but it also has exceptional potential to be rewarding and can be the catalyst for business growth or increased profits.

As we work together, we will identify practical strategies for helping you manage stress of managing others. This may include things like strengths inventories, identifying your motivation for starting a business, evaluating your long-term vision, or identifying resources to help you further your success. We'll also focus on time management and productivity, since I find that is a concern for most clients.

I offer coaching both online or in my Irvine office location. Clients have access to me throughout the week, not just during sessions.

We meet weekly for 90 minutes during sessions and this allows us the time to really dig in, figure out a problem or assess a situation, and take action on that right away. We then meet two weeks later so that you have time implement and get feedback on what is working. You'll have access to me via email or text during that time, though, in case anything is needed.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My strength is jumping in to a "messy" situation, evaluating what was the cause of the problem, identifying strategies that can clean it up, and implementing those strategies quickly.

More specifically, I've had years of experience in corporate leadership, career assessment and am an entrepreneur myself. It helps to have someone who is familiar with management, psychology, assessment of strengths and weaknesses, and also genuinely interested in business to work through these things.

What Makes up a Problem?

Problems are relative to each individual but generally, if you are questioning yourself on a daily basis, feeling disconnected and aware that you are not meeting the potential you know you have, there is a problem.

Some problems are solved easily with support of friends and family, changing a situation, or learning new skills. Other problems may be too embarrassing to seek support from friends and family. Or perhaps you do not know anyone else who has insight or can understand your specific issue.

That is when it can be helpful to seek outside, objective guidance. A coach can help you think through things from a different perspective, gain clarity on your goals and also practice strategies that can be life changing.
