My Approach to Helping
With over 20 years of experience providing counseling support to people of all ages, I meet my clients with warmth, compassion, and strategies for helping clients find relief from anxiety and stress in order to have greater peace in relationships, work, and life overall. I use a combination of evidence-based therapy practices customizing treatment plans for clients based on each individual clients' personal needs. I believe in seeking to understand individuals' experiences and needs that stem from lived experiences, a family of origin, and current life challenges and circumstances in order to set and meet goals for therapy.
