On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
Making the first appointment is never easy. I try to make the initial point of contact as simple as possible. When you call, email, or text I will respond the same day. We discuss briefly what your goals are and payment options. Then we schedule our session. Sometimes I can meet with you the same day! If you are on the fence, lets talk. I promise you will feel more relaxed after our first session.
