My Approach to Helping
I help clients identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause them emotional turmoil; seek to improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; and promote behavior change and optimal mental health. I use an array of treatment approaches to assist my clients. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, and Person-Centered Therapy are a few of my favorite approaches to use.
