I'm so glad you're here! I believe that we all have the potential to be our best selves, and it is my honor and privilege to help you get there. I am a licensed professional counselor with 16 years of experience in the mental health field. I am also a licensed Substance Abuse practitioner and certified sex offender treatment provider. I have extensive training and experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. My therapy practice is based on cognitive-behavioral principles from a client-centered perspective. As a therapist, I aim to help you rediscover your life's balance. I use collaborative, strength-based, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness-based, DBT, trauma-informed and solution-focused approaches in therapy while maintaining creativity, flexibility, and awareness necessary to best meet the needs of every unique individual, family, and couple. There is no cookie-cutter approach to therapy, so I adjust based on my clients' individual needs. Together we will work to help you gain control of your life AGAIN!
