Jessica Owen, Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Hello and welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about working with patients to find peace, healing, balance, and resolution in their lives. My approach is person-centered, and I aim to tailor the therapeutic experience to each individual client’s needs and treatment goals. I will meet you with unconditional positive regard and support during each session. I work with adults who struggle with or experience symptoms of anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed, adjustment difficulties, relationship struggles, decision-making, and communication errors. I aim to create a safe space for my patients where they feel comfortable and welcome. It is always my goal to validate my patient’s feelings and ensure they feel heard and understood. My passion for helping people overcome the struggles we face in life is what drives me as a Psychologist. I genuinely love helping people. I like to ask patients what they would like to accomplish by coming to therapy and going from there. The first session with me with involves an extensive discussion of the patient’s background, life, and daily struggles. We will also discuss the future and make plans for how the future can look brighter.
